This marks the 4th year Bibble and Sip is offering mooncakes to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival! From the most traditional approach when we first offered to the many more creative approaches thereafter, we strive to improve on our designs, flavors, and packaging every year. We are proud to say, that we have not yet repeated a single concoction, and we confidently believe that you’ll love this year’s mooncakes even more than the last. 

 

This year’s set includes: 

Using our signature sweet potato base (unless specified) 

 

(1) Thai Tea Flan:  Sweet potato infused with thai tea with a creamy vanilla eggy flan center

(1)  Cookies & Cream Cheese Cake: Creamy, chocolatey oreo cheesecake with oreo and chocolate pastry (not sweet potato)

(1) Mango Matcha:  Matcha infused sweet potato with a mango creamy center

(1) Ube Coco:  Okinawa purple sweet potato infused with ube with a coconut cream center

(1) Black Sesame Caramel:  Roasted black sesame infused sweet potato with a salted miso caramel center

(1) 1000 Layer bean:  Matcha cheese cake with house made red bean filling (no sweet potato)

(4) Golden Bunny:  Fragrant pastry crust with pineapple beer filling. (no sweet potato)

(1) Moon x Dumpling Macaron: Taro & Salted egg white chocolate cream filled giant macaron (no sweet potato)

 

The entire set comes in a limited edition Bibble & Sip Moon cake Box.  Metal handle with magnetic enclosure. (If not consuming immediately, please store in refrigerator up to two weeks or Three months in freezer)
